Physical Fitness
Hello my name is Shaquana Alexander. I am a health
and physical education teacher at Oak Park Middle school. I obtained my
bachelors degree in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State
University. I am now continuing my education and working on a masters
in educational technology leadership.
If regular exercise with an active lifestyle and sound
nutrition is put together a person can be fit.
Physical fitness is the ability to handle the physical demands of
everyday life without becoming overly tired. Being physically
active not only benefits the body but has a huge affect on the
mind. It promotes overall health,while making a person look
and feel good.
