My absolute favorite hobby is cooking.  Growing up in a French Louisana (Jeanerette), I learn how to cook watching my mom, grandmother, and great grandmother. I also enjoy cooking because I am able to be creative and adventurous with different ingredients. The best thing about cooking is doing it with someone you love.  Absolutely love to include my one year old daughter, Shani when I’m cooking.  Shani loves to help mommy with measuring, stirring, and tasting.  My other hobbies are reading, shopping, traveling, watching college football(SEC), and spending time with family and friends.
