This web lesson was created to help middle school students to learn about the different winter holidays
in France. The lesson contains seven different parts. You will navigate through the lesson by clicking on
the candy cane picture below each of the sections. For example: if you want to find out your task, click
on the picture that are located below the word "Task". To go to the home page, click on the candy cane
picture underneath the word"Home" at the bottom of the page.
At the bottom of each page you will see a list of links that you can use to learn more about that
particular topic. After you view the link, click on your back button to go back to the lesson.

1. The students will become familiar with the various winter holidays in France.
2. The student will learn vocabulary that is usually associated with the holidays.
