Hello everyone, my name is Adam Bennett! I graduated from South Beauregard High School in 2006. I attend Fist Baptist Church of Longville. I love God with all of my heart. The rest of it goes to my superb family and my amazing girlfriend. I have a Mother and Father whom I love very much; two sisters, one who is 22 and one is 10. My wonderful girlfriend's name is Makayla and she will be joining me here this fall. I work for Lewing Construction Company.

I am currently a Sophomore here at McNeese. I began school in the Fall of 2006 and I hope to gradute in 2009 so that I can continue my education even further. I have alot of school ahead of me. I'm going for Psychology and minoring in sociology and after graduating from McNeese I hope to attend LSU for about 6 years as well as Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth for about 2 years. After my formal schooling I would very much like to move to Africa for a while, not sure how long. Then I'm not too sure. I'd like to stay in the ministry and teach either music or history.

I can't get enough of music. It's kind of a passion of mine. I have been playing music for 9 years now and I'm loving every second of it. It's such a free place with a guitar in my hand. I also like to hang out with friends, and I love being with my girlfriend. We have been dating for almost 2 years now. I like to play sports too. My Jr. High football coach killed me on football. I play volleyball at church everytime I get the opportunity, you might say that it is my favorite sport, at least to play. I am an avid LSU fan. GO TIGERS!!!!!!!

OK. First things first. I like LSU sports at least 200 times more than I like McNeese Sports. I like McNeese football, Tennis is pretty cool, we have GOOD track team, and decent softball and baseball. Neither of those last two are near the height they should and/or could be. I don't like the fact that they are building a multi-million dollar field house and we are sitting in classrooms that are circa WWII and falling apart. I believe we should be investing our money more wisely, for instance wireless internet across campus or better parking.

McNeese is an excellent place to be. First off, it is a place where I can improve myself and better my future. I like the student teacher ratio because of the more "intense" learning. The parking is terrible, although it really could be worse. I like the small town comfortable environment. It's really nice. I like to hang out at the BCM, it's fun there. It's a good place to go to hang out with good friends and be positively influenced. I want to go on a summer mission trip or two next summer through the BCM, they are very helpful and actually concerned about people's best interest and their feelings.
